Below is a list of Apostille fees and services:

  • Concierge pickup & delivery of documents requiring Indiana Apostille service for clients in Marion County, Johnson County, Hancock County and Hamilton County.
  • Documents are hand carried to Indiana Secretary of State’s Office (Rush Service & Overnight Documents only).
  • We wait for your documents to be apostilled, and either hand deliver (rush service – Marion, Johnson, Hancock and Hamilton County residents) or mail back to you.
  • Eliminate the worry of lost documents, lengthy processing times or costly mistakes.
  • Mailing tracking services for overnight and priority mail documents.
  • Real time customer support during normal business hours.

Most documents requiring an apostille are mailed to the Indiana Secretary of State’s office. This method can take up to 10 business days or longer to complete.   If documents are incorrect, misplaced or lost, the process can take even longer. Serenity Legal Solutions, LLC will pick up your documents from you (Marion, Hancock, Johnson and Hamilton counties only), and hand carry your documents to the Texas Secretary of State’s Office, eliminating the need to wait up to 10 business days or longer to receive your apostilled documents. Apostilled documents will be hand delivered back to you. **

  • Indiana Documents Requiring only a Indiana Apostille: 3 – 4 business days Service from pick-up to delivery
  • $235.00 for first document
  • $95.00 for each additional document with same signature
  • $75.00 for 6+ additional documents with same signature

  • ***Overnight Indiana Documents requiring only a Indiana Apostille: 5- 7 business days from day we receive your documents.
  • $250.00 for first document
  • $95.00 for second and each additional document with same signature
  • $75.00 for 6+ documents
  • ****Overnight Documents requiring an Apostille from another state(other than Indiana): 5- 7 business days from day we receive your documents.
  • $285.00 for first document
  • $95.00 for second and each additional document with same signature
  • $75.00 for 6+ documents

***Overnight Documents sent to Serenity Legal Solutions, LLC  – Once documents are Apostilled they will be sent overnight back to client.

Regular Mail Documents sent to Serenity Legal Solutions, LLC

  • Regular Mail Documents requiring only a Indiana Apostille: 9- 10 business days from day we receive your documents (add $50 for other states).
  • $195.00 for first document
  • $95.00 for second and each additional document with same signature
  • $75.00 for 6+ documents
  • Documents will be processed through regular mail.

All United States mailing fees are included in all fees listed above.

For International mailing:  add $75.00 to fees listed above.
