If the service is not performed in accordance with the law, this can hinder your case from going forward or result in the dismissal of your case. Why take chances with the other guys? We are knowledgeable of the legislation surrounding service of process in the areas we cover.

Notice to Non-attorneys Regarding Use of Private Process Servers

Non-attorney persons representing themselves (pro se) need to make sure that the court allows for the use of a private process server. In some jurisdictions, courts require that a party request permission from the court before using a private process server.

If there is any doubt, the person should contact the court where the case is being heard and inquire about the use of private process servers or seek the advice of an attorney licensed to practice law in that jurisdiction.

Notice to Non-attorneys Regarding Payment of Services

Non-attorney persons must pay by credit card or send a check in the amount of the service charge along with the documents that are to be served. The check will be deposited in an Serenity Legal Solutions, LLC business checking account upon receipt. This additional requirement will not delay the first attempt on service.
